Meet the Team in Uganda
Dwelling Places has 35 staff in Uganda which includes social workers, teachers, administrative staff, spiritual welfare team, house mothers and farm workers. The team is led by the Country Director, Damon Wamara.
How long have you been with Dwelling Places: over 2.5 years now

Describe yourself in three words: Loving, steward, simple
Why do you like working with DP: The evident transformation in the lives of these children that were without hope. The opportunity to put into practice my Christianity.
Any child's story that has inspired you: Richard's [a Dwelling Places child who has now graduated University and become a staff member] story really does inspire me that we as DP are in the right calling.
The organisation is led by the Directors who work together to ensure the smooth running of Dwelling Places. The leadership is made up of:

Dwelling Places Uganda Board of Directors
As Dwelling Places is an Non-Governmental Organisation, a Board of Directors (made up of volunteers) sign off on financial and strategic decisions for the organisation.
The Board of Directors is made up of:
